  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Alberta.

    Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

  2. 2. 50/50

    ALBERTA GAMING, LIQUOR AND CANNABIS COMMISSION #588547

    1 for $5.00; 250 tickets
    10 for $10.00; 2250 tickets
    50 for $25.00; 6500 tickets
    200 for $50.00; 13000 tickets

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

    Maximum 50/50 payout will be $5,000.00.

    Final ticket sales deadline: January 26, 2022 at 12:00:00 a.m. MST

    50/50 draw: January 26, 2022 at 12:00:00 p.m. MST

    Draw will be held at 9351 118 AVENUE EDMONTON, ALBERTA T5G 0N3

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://artsontheave.rafflenexus.com/winners on January 26, 2022.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Arts on the Ave Edmonton Society.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Arts on the Ave Edmonton Society or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

    Arts on the Ave Edmonton Society does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

Cause

Arts on the Ave is proud to present the 15th annual Deep Freeze: A Byzantine Winter Fête featuring, The Ancient Arctic Sky. This year, witness a winter wonderland at Borden Park and Pipon Village (92 St and 118 Ave).

Join us one or both weekends for a full celebration of the olde new year with light installations, ice sculptures, cultural stories and winter artistic panache. During the weeknights from dusk to dark (4 pm - 10pm), walk through Borden Park to enjoy the magical winter ice and light promenade at your own pace. Throughout the 10 day fête, watch for film shorts, artistic creations, musical celebrations and come warm your heart and palette with music, art, and tasty delights at The Carrot Community Arts Coffeehouse. Arts on the Ave is a registered Canadian charity and we strive to keep our festivals running as free events because our hope is for everyone to have the opportunity to participate in the joys and benefits of artistic expression.

However, creating a free arts festival is unheard of in today’s world. So, how do we do it? With an incredible arts community, excellent supporters, super volunteers, and generous friends. Thank you for supporting the festival through our 50/50 raffle! Your generosity is a the heart of it all!
